Hello Everyone,

Just touching base from The Karma Studio…
Well I started off feeling like everyone was over reacting and spent sometime with my head in the sand and then I decided I needed to take responsibility and make a shift, I started listening to the professionals about what is really going on with the Covid 19 Pandemic and not just the Media reports etc. Today I feel clear strong and much more informed. yes its serious and from the few things I heard is going to be around for awhile and we may go into lock down BUT there is a lot we can do to help ourselves and those around us….

1) Stay calm, increase you meditation, come to yoga unless you are feeling unwell OR just be still and breath deeply into the belly. I have recorded iRest meditations if any of you need them, just email me.

2) Have more cleansing baths either with 4 cups of Epsom Salts or 1 cup of apple cider vinegar both of which cleanse all the body systems, not too mention the forced relaxation & better sleep you will get.

3) Dry skin brush the whole body before your shower or bath – this supports the body to rid itself of toxins.

4) Increase your amount of Vitamin C ( we have Ning Xu Red here, a delicious drink which is full of Wolf berries & antioxidants to boost the immune system)

5) Diffuse in your home and wear as an oil a blend called Thieves ( this is Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon bark, Eucalyptus, & Rosemary) which was discovered from Gary Youngs research a long time ago, it refers to a group of thieves that wore this blend when robbing the the bodies of the dead in the 15th century to prevent them from contracting the Plague,apparently it worked! I have small diluted roll on bottles here you can wear on your chest & throat to protect yourself for $15 or purchase the straight oil blend for $75 if I have some its selling fast.

6) Wash your hands & fingers for 30 seconds with soap and water using paper towels not the air dryers & use sanitizes when you are out.

7) Connect with your neighbors so you can look out for each other.

8) Listen to more music and comedy bringing JOY into your life as well as keeping yourself informed in the right way…

9) Get a good nights sleep, try not to connect with technical devises for at least 60 minutes before sleep.

10) Eat a lot more fruit and vegetables.

OPPORTUNITY:

This is an opportunity to slow down create home cooked meals, rest, connect with your family and perhaps introduce some of these suggests above, if you’re not already which can be done in the comfort of your home.

HYGIENE:
Please be reassured we are cleaning our mats after every session, all the bathrooms and door knobs are cleaned twice daily to protect you and the linen is changed after every client in the healing room for when you visit us. Our vaporizes which have Thieves or Rosemary in them are going all day to protect the air you are breathing.
