We work very hard throughout our lives and, while we sleep for several hours each night, we rarely take time to rest. Restorative Yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely.
We have increased our restorative yoga sessions to accommodate clients who want to come to yoga but have injuries or are on some type of medication and feel they cannot start yoga until they finish their medication or chemotherapy or heal from their injuries. We can take care of you through all of that so you can accelerate your healing as part of a small and supportive restorative yoga group.
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long-held poses of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because cushions and props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.
We offer 2 restorative sessions per week for your convenience, with a maximum of 7 people per group to ensure you will be guided, nurtured and nourished with deep care. Please join us in helping you to heal.
