Taking care of your feet is important for your overall health and well-being. In this afternoon yoga foot retreat, you will learn how to give your feet the attention they deserve. We will start with some foot-focused yoga poses to increase flexibility and circulation. Then, we will move on to a guided foot massage, using pressure points and essential oils to promote relaxation. The session will end with a iRest Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that is incredibly relaxing for both the body and mind. You will leave this retreat feeling rejuvenated, with renewed knowledge of how to take care of your feet. You will also take away with you some essential foot massage oil to care for your feet at home.
At our nurturing and nourishing retreats, the Karma Studio team creates a serene space for you to rest and restore your sense of balance. The retreats are yet another way in which the Karma Studio cares for your health and vitality throughout the year.

Jennifer Berridge is a Level 2 iRest meditation teacher, Remedial and Chinese massage therapist, Japanese needle therapist and Yoga therapist.
Jennifer has 35 years of experience in the health and wellbeing field.
Carolyn Acuna is an Advanced Level Yin and Yang Yoga Teacher with over 12 years experience.
