You’ll be guided through massage techniques using pressure points and essential oils that you can repeat at home any time the stress creeps back in. You’ll even take home a bottle of essential massage oil so you can keep the benefits going.

The retreat finishes with iRest Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation practice that takes you into a state of relaxation most people never reach. It’s been described as the equivalent of hours of deep sleep, compressed into one blissful session.
