Small, personalised Yoga groups beginners and experienced
The Karma Studio programs offer a more personalised form of yoga, with small groups of no more than 8 students and sessions of 90 minutes or 75 minutes. This provides greater benefit to our participants. Our groups are suitable for both beginners and those with yoga experience.
The approach is constructive, with each person guided to stretch and strengthen in safe and mindful ways.
The sessions also offer the opportunity for each person to address any physical or emotional issues with which they may be dealing at the time.
We offer 6 convenient session times per week and organise our yoga programs in 2-month blocks. Programs fill very quickly so please call us or book below.
