Gentle, healing Yoga for those recovering from injury or suffering from disease.
We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. Restorative Yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely.
In 2020 we are increasing our restorative yoga sessions to accomodate clients that want to come to yoga but always have injuries or are on some sort of medication feeling they can’t start yoga until they finish their chemotherapy or heal from their injuries. We can take care of you through all of that so you can accelerate your healing, along with others, in a small supportive restorative yoga group.
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. … During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because cushions and props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.
We offer 2 restorative sessions per week for your convenience with a maximum of 7 people per group to ensure you will be guided nurtured and nourished so come & try us out and book your package now…
