What is an iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Course?

After completing a profound and life changing iRest (Integrative Restoration) Yoga Nidra Level I & II teaching courses in 2018 and 2019, I am very excited to be running iRest Yoga Nidra eight week introduction courses.

We will introduce the basic core concepts step by step over eight weeks finishing each week with a 30 – 40 min group guided meditation which will take you on a self discovering journey with a short discussion to finish.


When: Tuesdays 21st January to 25th February - 6 weeks

Where: The Karma Studio, Sandringham

Time: 6:30 PM – 8 PM

All you need to bring is a curious open mind, and warm snuggly clothes

More About iRest Yoga Nidra

iRest is a modernised version of Yoga Nidra which is 4500 years old. iRest was created by Dr Richard Millar (a Clinical Psychologist meditation teacher, scholar and author) with 40 years of research incorporating yoga, Taoism, Buddhism, psychology and research. It is evidence based work helping to heal PTSD, anxiety, depression, disconnection etc….I stumbled upon it with a client and am now deeply involved and committed to spreading the teachings. I have done a lot of meditation and yoga over the years but never discovered the power of welcoming all emotions, thoughts and beliefs safely, to live with them and be just as we are!
