Our Healing Sessions bring together more than 35 years of healing experience. These productive years have been dedicated to an accumulation of practice, observation and intermittent study.
These Personalised Bodywork Sessions draw on decades of hands-on experience and a range of modalities that are tailored to suit individual needs. These include Yoga, Japanese Needle Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Essential Oils, Massage, Intuition, Breath Work and Guidance. What is tapped into in any given session is dependent on an initial consultation, your intention for the session and what we discover together within an atmosphere of compassion.
The objective of a Healing Session is to balance and strengthen the physical, emotional and spiritual so you are left feeling inwardly strong, nurtured and with a clearer sense of direction for your life.
