Energy Massage
This can involve acupressure points, deep tissue, cupping, breath coaching and experienced hands.
This massage helps clear blocked energy, aches, pains, depression and anxiety; and brings you back into your body.

Peristalsis Abdominal Massage
This is an intense massage focusing only on the abdominal area. It is gentle and slow, done in rhythm with the breath. It takes 50 minutes and ends in curling motion up on your left side and then you are rocked from side to side for the next 10 minutes.

The benefits are:
cleanses and heals the digestive system through peristalsis
releases emotional tension
relaxes the abdominal organs such as the spleen, liver, intestines, gallbladder etc.

Specialised Pregnancy Massages
For your comfort during the full term of your pregnancy we have a special cushion that you can lie on safely. You are positioned on your stomach and can get all those aches & pains ironed out in your back, neck & legs, while your baby is cozy and protected.
