Room Rentals for all Practitioners

We have 2 warm ambient professional rooms to rent to therapists who are interested in joining our already well established team of committed healers. The rooms would suit Naturopaths, Osteopaths, Kinsesiologists, Yoga Teachers, Counselors etc. while the larger 'Sun' Room (see above left) is also suitable for small workshops.
Rooms For Rent - Established for 9 years
We are open 9am – 9pm Monday to Saturday
Sun Room Casual Group use
1 hour: $25
Half Day (4 hours): $90
Full Day (8 hours): $160
Two Days: $300
Variable Hours Yearly Contract
At The Karma Studio we like to reward our Practitioners for their success so operate a sliding scale of rental fees based on the number of hours per month the room is used.
The base rate is the minimum number of hours a Practitioner has committed to rent a room per week.
Practitioners must commit to a minimum of 2 hours per week, paid monthly and with extra hours charged at the appropriate level as follows:
- 1-6 hours per week: $18 per hour
- 7-12 hours per week: $16 per hour
- 12+ hours per week: $12 per hour
An example would be where a Practitioner has contracted to rent for 6 hours per week, but in a particularly good month uses the room for an extra 5 hours. The monthly rent would be calculated as follows:
(24 hours x$18) $432 +$80 (5 hours @$16) = $512
Set Hours Yearly Contract
Practitioners who prefer to operate with an arrangement for a set number of hours per week will pay the appropriate hourly rate and be invoiced a month in advance.
