Peristalsis Abdominal Massage
This is an intense massage focusing only on the abdominal area is gentle and slow done in rhythm with the breath. It takes 50 minutes and ends in curling up on the left side and being rocked for the next 10 minutes.

Touch Training Massage Course
Learn to Massage Friends & Family!
A course for 2, 4 or 6 people over a period of 4 weeks with 2 hour sessions.
You will:
- learn to do an effective body massage on friends and family
- learn to develop the sensitivity in your hands that you never knew you had
- gain a new awareness of your own body
- receive step by step notes of the massage course
- receive 4 massages yourself
- have loads of fun
This course is held in our cosy Sun Room on the floor or on massage tables whatever you prefer.
All oils and linen are provided so all you have to do is bring your hands & a sense of humour.
Courses are scheduled to take into account participants needs.
