Held in Healing Hands
With a spring in my step and a song in my heart I depart with joy from the healing hands of Jennifer Berridge, Creator and resident Healer of the Karma Studio.
Soldiering on with my day, working, looking after my family needs. You just do it. A quote that is dawning to be very true for me is “you can’t be a truly good carer without first looking after yourself”. Another little reminder to nudge you back on track again. The track that nourishes and energizes you and makes you want to get up in the morning with purpose.
I will try and convey the Wondrous Healing Journey I engage in everytime I pass through Jenn’s door. Every time being so very different. While lying on the table today I kept imaging the wondrous world of Willy Wonker. The physical, emotional and spiritual ride you partake in is full of wonder, surprise and sublime release from all that does not serve you.
With over 20 years experience in the Healing profession, Jenn works with all of her well oiled modalities along with Mother Earth and our Spirit Guides to direct the days treatment. It’s fascinating when you try and control the outcome you end up heading in a completely different direction. Always for the best and always for your higher self.
When you are a control freak like me who likes to plan what happens next it is extremely refreshing to take a back seat and drift away while the heavenly experience is unfolding. You almost feel like you are in the hands of Mother Earth.
This special lady is the real deal. She has dedicating her life to serving others and the love and passion you feel from her healing sessions is almost celestial.
I literally sang and danced all the way home. I feel clear, untwisted, joyous, loved, pain free, open, calm, focussed and happy like the weight of the world has been lifted from my shoulders.
Advice… Don’t forget to get your vehicle (body) serviced regularly. You deserve it. Don’t wait for it to completely fall apart like I did. Life can really be so much more.
